Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Go Face AI is free to download and includes a generous set of features at no cost. We also offer a premium subscription that unlocks advanced AI styles, unlimited exports, and exclusive features. You can try premium free for 7 days.

Most AI processing in Go Face AI happens entirely on your device, meaning your photos never leave your phone. For certain advanced cloud-based features, photos are temporarily uploaded to our secure servers and deleted within 24 hours of processing. We never share or sell your photos. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Go Face AI → Cancel
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Go Face AI → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain premium access until then.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on all your devices and your subscription will be available everywhere. On iOS, you can also restore purchases via Settings → Restore Purchases.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform. To request a refund on iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, contact Google Play support. If you're having trouble, email us at support@gofaceai.app and we'll do our best to help.

Please try these steps first:

1. Force close the app and reopen it
2. Restart your device
3. Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play
4. Ensure you have enough storage space
5. Reinstall the app (your account and purchases will be restored)

No. We do not use your photos or face data to train our AI models without explicit consent. Our AI models are pre-trained. Your photos are used only to deliver the editing results you request and are never shared with third parties for training purposes.

Go Face AI supports JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and HEIF formats. Output photos are saved in high-quality JPEG or PNG format. Maximum supported input resolution is 4000×4000 pixels. For best results, use well-lit photos with a clearly visible face.
