📜 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Go Face AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Go Face AI ("we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Go Face AI. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
📱 License & Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on devices you own or control
- Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Use the App features as intended and described
This license does not include the right to:
- Sell, resell, or sublicense the App
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
👤 Your Account
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@gofaceai.app
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions is prohibited.
🖼️ User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you submit to the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to process your User Content solely to provide the requested services.
Content Standards
You represent and warrant that your User Content:
- Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Does not contain nudity, explicit content, or material that is harmful to minors
- Does not depict violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
- Is not used to harass, bully, or harm any individual
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
⚠️ Important: You must only upload photos of yourself or photos for which you have explicit permission from the subjects. Uploading photos of others without their consent may violate their privacy rights and applicable laws.
🚫 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Create deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead others
- Harass, stalk, intimidate, or harm any person
- Impersonate any individual, entity, or organization
- Violate any person's right to privacy or publicity
- Upload, store, or distribute illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
- Circumvent or disable any security or access control features
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Use automated tools to access the App without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
💳 Purchases & Billing
In-App Purchases
Go Face AI offers optional premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings.
Refunds
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google based on your platform. We do not process refunds directly. In exceptional circumstances, contact support@gofaceai.app.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, and software — are owned by Go Face AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The "Go Face AI" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Go Face AI. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
AI-generated outputs may not always meet your expectations. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on App outputs.
🛡️ Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO FACE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
- Any content obtained through the App
- Any other matter relating to the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
🤝 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Face AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App in violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
- Your violation of any third party's rights
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
🔚 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the App from your device.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
⚖️ Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.
📝 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Sending a push notification (for significant changes)
- Displaying a prominent notice in the App
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
